FYTO Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 5 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Techno Dynamics and Innovations, operating the FYTO mobile application and related services ("FYTO", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes personal information. This Policy applies to the FYTO mobile application, websites, cloud backup features, FYTO Assistant, support features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

FYTO is designed for parents and legal guardians to record, organize, and understand information relating to their child’s academic progress, hobbies, physical activities, screen-time habits, study planning, and related development indicators. FYTO is not intended for children to create accounts or use the Services directly.

Important: By creating an account or using FYTO, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you add child information, that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have lawful authority to provide and manage that child’s information in FYTO.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and profile information

We may collect information used to create, authenticate, and manage your FYTO account, including:

1.2 Child profile and development information

When you create student/child profiles, you may add information such as:

1.3 App usage, device, and technical information

We may collect limited technical and usage information to operate, secure, and improve FYTO, including:

1.4 FYTO Assistant and support information

If you use FYTO Assistant or support features, we may process your question, selected screen context, relevant app state, assistant responses, support analytics, conversation/session identifiers, and feedback. This information is used to respond to your support request, improve the support experience, detect fallback or low-confidence responses, and improve service quality. You should not enter sensitive information that is not necessary for the support request.

1.5 Payment and subscription information

FYTO may offer paid features such as FYTO Plus Cloud Backup. Payments may be handled by supported third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other providers shown in the app. We may receive and store payment status, order ID, subscription status, plan validity, and transaction verification results. We do not intentionally store your full card number, UPI credentials, or other full payment instrument details in FYTO.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

3. Child Data and Parental Consent

FYTO is intended for adults, especially parents and legal guardians. Children are not permitted to create FYTO accounts directly. When you add a child profile or child-related information, you represent that you have the authority to do so and consent to FYTO processing that information for the purposes described in this Policy.

FYTO does not sell child data. FYTO does not use child data for targeted advertising directed at children. FYTO does not knowingly collect information directly from children for account creation. If we become aware that a child has directly created an account or provided personal data without appropriate parental authority, we may delete or restrict that account and associated data.

4. FYTO Cloud Backup and Restore

FYTO Cloud Backup is an optional feature that may be included in paid plans such as FYTO Plus. If you use Cloud Backup, selected local app data may be backed up to cloud infrastructure linked to your authenticated FYTO account. Backed-up data may include parent profile information, student profiles, academic history, marks, study plans, hobbies, exercise records, screen-time records, app preferences, and uploaded student/academic photos.

Cloud Backup is intended to help restore your data after app uninstall, device loss, factory reset, or device change. Local data on your device is account-bound in FYTO to help prevent another signed-in account from viewing existing local student data. Cloud Backup is not a guaranteed permanent archive, and you remain responsible for maintaining any independent records you consider important.

5. Local Storage and Device Permissions

FYTO stores app data locally on your device, including in a local database and app-specific storage folders. This enables the app to work efficiently and display your saved records. If you uninstall FYTO, clear app data, or factory reset your device, local data may be deleted unless you have an available cloud backup.

FYTO may request permissions such as photo/media access, camera access, notification permission, or storage-related access where needed for app features. You can control device permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are denied.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

FYTO may use third-party service providers to operate and secure the Services. These may include:

These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us or to you. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply where you interact directly with them, for example while completing a payment or using Google Sign-In.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or disclose information only in the following circumstances:

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services. Local data remains on your device unless deleted by you, removed during account deletion/reset, replaced during restore, or removed by uninstalling or clearing app data. Cloud backup data is retained while Cloud Backup is active or until you delete it or request deletion, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or backup-integrity requirements.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request to:

You may use the in-app account and data deletion options where available. You may also contact us from your registered email address at support@fytoapp.com. We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before acting on a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.

10. Account and Data Deletion

If you create a FYTO account, you may request deletion of your account and associated data from the account section of the app where available or by emailing support@fytoapp.com from your registered email address. Account deletion may remove or disable your FYTO account, local data on the current device where initiated, and cloud backup data associated with your account, subject to technical limitations and legal retention requirements.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including authentication, account-based access controls, restricted cloud paths, encrypted transmission where supported, and backup isolation by user account. However, no digital service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, and access to your email or Google account.

If we become aware of a personal data breach requiring notification under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with legal requirements.

12. International Processing and Storage

Your data may be processed or stored in India or in other countries where our service providers operate cloud infrastructure. By using FYTO, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in such locations, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.

13. Legal Basis and Indian Privacy Compliance

FYTO processes digital personal data in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 where applicable, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules notified thereunder to the extent applicable. Our processing is generally based on consent, provision of the Services requested by you, compliance with law, security, and legitimate service operation purposes.

For child-related data, FYTO relies on the parent or legal guardian who creates and manages the child profile to provide appropriate authority and consent.

14. Third-Party Links

FYTO may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before using them.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you of material changes by email, push notification, in-app notice, or other appropriate method. Continued use of FYTO after an updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy.
